Draft survey is a method for fixing the weight of any quantity of goods loaded on or unloaded from a ship.
SKAWINSPECTION checks that the entire process is performed correctly by measuring how much water the ship displaces before and after loading/unloading.
Allowance is made for other impacts during the process, e.g. filling of fuel for the ship.
SKAWINSPECTION always uses approved forms and instruments for draft surveys when calculating the weight of the cargo.
